Mission Trip to Southern India
Mission Trip to Southern India
Last December, Pranjal and Vini headed to Southern India for a mission trip for 10 days. Upon their return they had to quarantine for 10 additional days. Although they maintained their home ministry by phone they were greatly encouraged as other DMI leaders stepped up to fill the gap by visitations and prayer with tribal leaders. Pranjal is greatly relieved that other DMI leaders have stepped up and are helping to share the ministry load.
While the family was in Southern India, fifteen people requested to be baptized. Although India’s constitution allows them the freedom to be baptized, corrupt officials in the area have prohibited baptisms. They are still praying and hoping that those 15 people will be baptized soon.
